Q: Can you put together a single page resume with biography, and list your special training and skills?
A: Detailed information on how to put together your single page resume is Included in the information package. If you don't have credits, an example biography is included.

Q: Do you know what type of color 8 X 10 photo is needed for your headshot?
A: Information on how to shoot & choose your color 8 X 10 headshot photo is listed in the information package.

Q: Do you need to be a member of a union like AFTRA or SAG to work on a film, television show or commercial?
A: Yes.
Q: Are there different ways to become a member of AFTRA and SAG?
A: Yes. There are two ways to join. You can join as a principal performer or background player (extra).
How to become a member as a principal performer, along with the single page Taft Hartly Report is included in the package.
How to become a member as a background player, with all the requirements plus contact number and web site address is provided.

Q: Do you need to be a member of AFTRA or SAG to deliver a resume and photo to a stunt coordinator on location?
A: No.
Information on how the majority of stunt people get their first job doing a stunt is included in the package.

Q: Do you need a commercial agent to get work as a StuntKid in commercials?
A: Yes more than no.
How to locate and contact a commercial agent that's just right for you is listed in detail. The example cover letter tells you what to say.
The commercial agent publications noted in the information package list contact names and addresses. There are web sites that submit your information to agents for you.

Q: Do you need a theatrical agent to get work as a StuntKid in film and television?
A: No.

Q: Do you need an entertainment work permit, social security card and blocked trust account to work on a film, television show or commercial?
A: Yes. Procedure for obtaining a work permit and application for permission to work in the entertainment industry is included in the information package.

Q: Would it be good to work as a background player (extra) while getting started doing stunts?
A: Yes more than no. How to sign up with extra casting agencies along with contact numbers and addresses are listed.
Working on a set while working as a background performer has its benefits.

Q: Is information available listing production contacts, and stunt coordinators names and addresses?
A: Yes. Addresses and phone numbers listing production contacts and stunt coordinators are available.
Q: Can I mail or fax my picture and resume?
A: Yes.
Addresses and contact numbers of all major stunt organizations are also listed.
A major part of getting stunt work is based on contact information and where to be at the right time.

Q: Are there stunt events within the stunt community that a person can attend, make contacts, and get involved?
A: Yes. There are various stunt events that take place on an annual basis.

If you don't know how to get started, the Information package will help you by answering all the questions listed above in detail. Even if you have already worked, there is valuable information in the Informaiton package you are not aware of. The cost of the information package, StuntKid video interviews, and stunts performed by kids is $50.00.

Q: Is instruction available to get started?
A: Yes. Instruction is available for kids 10 to 18 years of age.
