Instruction is only available to kids 10 to 18 years of age.

Instruction will include:

Falls, rappelling, bungee pull and super swing.

Falls into an air bag. Start out low and work your way up.

Type of falls taught:

Suicide: Jumping feet first, looking up, and landing flat on your back.

Layout: Falling flat out, twisting your body, and landing flat on your back.

Front flip/header: Falling head first, tucking your chin to your chest, flipping over, and landing flat on your back.

Going down the face of a rock while wearing a harness attached to a rope. Getting comfortable with being up high.

Bungee pull - click for photos
Cable/harness familiarizes you with wearing a harness while flying through the air.

Ride down the ramp and be pulled off a scooter/bicycle onto pads while wearing a harness.

Super Swing - click for photos
Fly off the Super Swing doing a suicide, layout or front flip fall.

Equipment:
All safety helmets and equipment will be supplied. It will be the responsibility of each student to supply knee and elbow pads for the rappelling class.

Classes:
There is one class per month. It could be falls, rappelling, bungee pull or super swing. There is a maximum of (6-8 kids) per class. With only 6-8 spaces the classes can fill up very fast. Each class is 2 hours in length.
